Nature got it right with purple food – delicious and wonderfully good for you. Full of antioxidants with amazing anti-inflammatory and other health benefits, there really isn’t anything not to like about them.

Purple foods have nutrients that just aren’t found in many other fruits and veggies, so next time you’re sitting down to ‘eat the rainbow’ you might want to add some for those wonderful health benefits we discussed last week.
